In our production there is a complexity which means that the final product you receive has undergone a flow of different stages. Heat treatment is one of these stages that is combined with our other operations.
Most products we manufacture have high strength requirements and therefore require heat treatment as a step in the manufacturing process. This is a step in our production flow and is combined with other types of machining to reach the highest possible quality level.
TWO VARIATIONS OF TREATMENT
We carry out different types of heat treatment. Induction hardening and tempering that occurs directly in our production lines, often directly after a machining operation and often without the need for manual intervention. Another type of heat treatment is furnace hardening, which we can use for case hardening and tempering.
Heat treatment is part of our production flow, not something we do as an individual service.
