High standards are placed on the products we manufacture, which means that we always ensure the functionality of our products before delivering them to you as a customer or wholesaler. We perform, among other things, magnetic powder testing and non-destructive Eddy Current testing.
Nondestructive testing
High standards are placed on a large number of the products we manufacture. Therefore, it is important that all products can perform at the highest level without any problems. One way for us to ensure that is through crack testing. Our main test method for crack testing is Eddy Current which is used for products that are safety rated and require 100% testing. Eddy Current means that you do a test by applying a vortex current to the surface of the product, which creates a magnetic field that allows you to measure even the smallest irregularities.
We also use different types of process control and measurement methods in our operations. All manufactured articles are also checked at regular intervals in the coordinate measuring machine.
For heat treatment, the results are measured in our core lab.
